CONTACT US
Executive coaching is an integral element of our leadership development programmes and provides the individual with an opportunity to address their particular learning and development needs within a confidential and focused forum. While there are undoubted benefits from participating in both group and individual development activities, for busy executives a ‘stand alone’ coaching programme may be a more realistic or a preferred option.

Coaching contributes to individual development by:

   Building clarity and focus towards the achievement of specific learning outcomes;
   Facilitating recognition of current performance and clarifying future competence requirements;
   Identifying potential for excellence and achievement in a range of areas relevant to current and anticipated future roles.

The client and coach work together to agree a customised coaching programme which integrates the client’s learning objectives compatible with his or her preferred learning style. To help identify these, options include use of our EQ Executive Profile, client specific profile assessment and/or psychometric analysis.

Our associate coaches are all independent professionals who have an extensive range and depth of experience and skills varying from working with individuals in leadership, career, sport and life coaching to performance coaching with executive and operational teams.

The confidential nature of the client/coach relationship means that interpersonal rapport and compatibility is paramount to achieve successful outcomes for our individual clients. To arrange a confidential discussion on the personal coaching approach and the coaching professional that may be best for you, or to arrange a free initial consultation:
